What materials are used for the pillowcases?
We offer high-quality Peach Skin, Velvet, and 2-Way Tricot fabrics. 2-Way Tricot is our most popular choice as it is highly elastic, soft to the touch, and stays cool.
Does the pillowcase come with the inner pillow?
Most of our products are sold as pillowcases only to save on shipping costs. However, we do offer high-resilience inner pillows (dakimakura cores) separately in our 'Inserts' section.
How should I wash my Anime Body Pillow?
To preserve the print quality, we recommend hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with cold water. Always turn the pillowcase inside out before washing and air dry away from direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Standard international shipping usually takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. The shipping label will not contain any references to anime or specific character names.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of bedding products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with printing defects. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
