At Anime Body Pillow, we want you to love your new comfort companion, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of bedding products, all returns must be unused and free from any signs of wear to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item in its original sealed vacuum packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA number inside the box; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
